We need help so our vendors can do what they do best - grow food, bake, craft, etc.

  • Food sampling table - We'd like a booth with tasting samples. The vendors give the items to sample, but we need volunteers to set up the tables, cut-up the fruits & vegetables, etc, and keep the table clean and neat. A great way to meet people and a big help to vendors.
  • Help distribute our brochures and fliers in your area.
  • Write letters of support when they are needed for grant writing, etc.
  • Special event volunteers to run or judge contests, decorate, make signs, etc
  • You could be a bridge between another organization you belong to and us. We encourage other community groups to use our crowds for outreach efforts and fund raising. In the past we've had blood pressure clinics, fire departments, libraries, nutritional groups, scouts, church groups, historical organizations, and animal shelters.
  • We need a lawyer to check over any contracts we sign.
  • Grant writing help. Local arts council grants for music and children's arts programs are due late summer. Our harvest time!
  • Computer skills. Our officers all can use some tutoring or could use a person to call to teach us how to do what we need.
  • Help us find entertainment you'd enjoy at a market.
  • Other. Do you have a talent you'd like to make available to us?
